Please check the items in front of delivery man and return immediately if damaged, defective, or incorrect items are delivered. However, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery .
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
To request a return, submit through following form with your order number and product photo or Contact Us.
After approval, replacement or refund will be processed.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake was ours.
Items damaged after use are not eligible for return.

ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে দেখে নিন। যদি পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে সাথে সাথে ফেরত দিন। তবে, ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে ১৪ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য।
পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অধৌত এবং অরিজিনাল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
রিটার্নের জন্য অর্ডার নম্বর ও পণ্যের ছবি সহ নিচের রিকোয়েস্ট ফর্ম সাবমিট করুন অথবা আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
যাচাই শেষে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
ভুল আমাদের না হলে রিটার্ন শিপিং চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
